Ordering Questions
- How do I order from the Buzz Factory store?
- We designed this store to make ordering easy. If you're ever unsure about how to order, simply refer back to these detailed steps:
- Surf our store for promotional products that suit your needs. From the product page, enter the desired number of products in the "Total Order Quantity" line, ensuring it meets the minimum order quantity listed in the description.
- Next select your desired imprint type from the "Cost Per Imprint" drop down menu. The menu will will show you the costs associated with each option. Then enter the number of imprints desired in the "Qty:" box. This number should equal the "Total Order Quantity." By doing this, you are ordering an imprint on each of your products.
- Next select the same imprint type from the "Imprint Setup Charge" drop down menu. The quantity will default to 1 as this is a one-time charge. By doing this, you are selecting the appropriate setup charge for your imprint.
- Next select your imprint size and location (if applicable). These variables are limited by the promotional product itself. Use the size of the product as a guide to determine the size of your imprint.
- Next enter the quantity of each garment size (if applicable). The sum of your sizes should add up to the "Total Order Quantity."
- Next choose the color of your product from the drop down menu.
- Finally, enter any special instructions or questions you have for us in the "Special Instructions" section then click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom.
- If unsure about any of these options, either call Customer Service for help or let us recommend imprint options for you by entering "please make an imprint recommendation" in the "Special Instructions" section. You will get a chance to see and approve it when you receive your proof.
- From the cart page, upload your imprint file by clicking the "Upload Your File(s) Here Before Checkout" button and following the instructions.
- Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with your proof(s) and your Order Confirmation. Approve or make changes to the proofs by responding to the email per the instructions. Once we have your final approval, you will be charged and production will begin.
- When do I get charged for my order?
- Your card will not be charged until we have your approval on proof(s) and an Order Confirmation in writing (email). These will be sent to you via email usually within 48 hours from your online order. Orders paid by check must be made via phone. Checks must clear before orders are placed into production.
- What do I do if I have trouble uploading my imprint file?
- Place your order without uploading your file and then send it via any of the alternative methods listed below:
- Mail disks to: Buzz Factory Art Dept. 3655 NW Gordon St. Portland, OR 97210
- Email files to "support@buzzfactoryinc.com"
- Post files to our FTP site. Email or call for FTP access information
- What do I do if I have questions or other technical issues when ordering?
- Just call our friendly Customer Service at (971) 255-0242.
- What are typical lead times for imprinted products?
- Lead times vary by product and imprint type. However, we average a 15 working day turn around for most items from time of final proof approval. If you need your items rushed, please specify a delivery date in the "Special Instructions" section when ordering. We will make all attempts to meet your date or advise you if we can not guarantee the date. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Can I order products without imprints from Buzz Factory?
- Yes. Simply order product(s) and select "I Don't Want an Imprint" from the drop down menus.

- Are buzz Factory's products environmentally and socially responsible?
- Yes. When you choose Buzz Factory, you can be sure your promotional products will meet a high standard in these areas. Each of our product descriptions clearly state how they are environmentally and socially responsible.
- What does it mean when Buzz Factory states it's products are environmentally and socially responsible?
- Buzz Factory screens all our suppliers and partners to ensure they share our values and that their products speak to who we are as an organization. We also work with them to keep prices as low as possible without the use of sweatshop labor. That's why you won't find thousands of products on our website, you'll just find the right ones.
- What other sustainable practices does Buzz Factory exercise?
- Buzz Factory continually strives toward 100% sustainability in all our operations. We operate a paperless office, run our office on wind power, recycle and use recycled materials whenever possible.
Eco Perk Questions
- What is the Eco Perk Program?
- Eco Perks is a customer appreciation program brought to you by Buzz Factory. It's just our way of thanking you for being a valued customer. You don't have to sign up for Eco Perks, all you have to do is order from our store. That's it! And there's no limit to the perks you can receive. You get a perk every time you order.
- How do I select and Eco Perk?
- Eco Perks are listed on the Eco Perks Program page on the main navigation tab. The perks vary based on your purchase amount and/or the number of times you purchase from the Buzz Factory Store. Select an option for which you qualify then enter the code in the "Coupon Code" field during checkout. If you forget to enter a code, don't worry. We'll select and send you one anyway.
- How are Eco Perks sent?
- Your perk will be packed and shipped with your order. If you would like your perk shipped to a separate location, please indicate it in the "Special Instructions" section when ordering. Additional shipping charges may apply.

- Buzz Factory is located in beautiful (albeit rainy) Portland, OR. Portland produces many innovative new companies in the area of environmental responsibility and is working as a community to become the epicenter of the evolving green economy.

- Does Buzz Factory sell wholesale?
- Buzz Factory's prices are kept as low as possible and are, in effect, wholesale bulk prices. We do this to make it easy for our customers to make responsible choices. If you have orders in excess of 1,000 pieces, we recommend you call Customer Service for a quote.
